We want you to love your Avletica pieces. If the fit isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or size exchange.

To be eligible, your item must:

• Be brand new and unworn
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of use
• Be returned in its original condition and packaging
• Include your original order information

Free Returns

U.S. returns are free. Once your return is approved, Avletica will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as Avletica store credit for the value of the returned item.

Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future Avletica purchase.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.

We offer free size exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose store credit instead.

Refunds to Original Payment Method

We generally do not offer refunds to the original payment method for standard returns.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact@avletica.com and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos showing the issue

We’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, contact us at contact@avletica.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Important

Items that do not meet our return requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Avletica reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or use.
